Welcome to the West Fork Public Library. You can sign up here for permanent or a temporary card online. Please follow directions below to create an account. You can also log into your account to update your card information.
1. Sign-up for a library card by filling out the online form.
2. Write down your username and password before submitting the form.
3. After you have submitted the form, you will see a temporary card number. Please record the card number.
4. You can check out digital items from Libby using this number until you pick up your hard copy card.
5. Bring your ID to the Library to get a hard copy of your card. Your temporary card will expire after one year.
You will need to come to the library, fill out an application card, and show proof of residence. Children under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian’s signature.
Digital temporary library cards can last for up to 1 years before a permanent card is required. You must bring an ID with you to get a permanent card.
Digital items from Libby and Library2Go can be accessed using the temporary library card number. The Arkansas State Library also provides a number of databases including resources for students from pre-school to post-grad.
The permanent library cards do not expire although they must be renewed each year. Patrons with a library card can check out up to 10 DVDs and up to 20 books in addition to having access to the digital resources.
When you sign up for a West Fork Public library card, your can also check out items from the Elkins, Farmington, Greenland, Lincoln, Prarie Grove, Springdale, and Winslow libraries.

The library has a fax and librarians will fax for you at the rate of $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each subsequent page. Prints and photocopies are $0.10 cents each.
In addition to regular print books, the library has cd books, large print books, dvds, a hot spot, fishing poles (provided by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission), and the Orion StarBlast telescope.
