A Nip of Comfort

This program will examine the history of the apple industry and some of the traditional uses of apples in the Ozarks, including cider, vinegar, and switchel.  Participants will learn how to make switchel, or haymaker punch. This is a hands-on program.  Runtime: 45 minutes
